Safari Itinerary

Day 1-3 Chobe Bush Lodge/Chobe Safari Lodge
The Chobe National Park, which is the second largest national park in Botswana and covers 10,566 square kilometres, has one of the greatest concentrations of game found on the African continent. Its uniqueness in the abundance of wildlife and the true African nature of the region, offers a safari experience of a lifetime. Your adventure starts in Kasane where you'll be based for 3 nights. Depening on the time of arrival on your first day - ther may be time to join an optional activity or simply relax on the deck with a sundowner drink..

Day 4&5 Planet Baobab
Your destination today is Planet Baobab. this unique and funky camp is situated just off the main Nata to Maun road, bordering the extensive Makgadikgadi Pans system.

Day 6-9 Gunns Camp, Okavango Delta
After breakfast back at Planet Baobab, drive to Maun, this town is in the heart of Botswana, a dusty town where old and new blend. Drop off your rental vehicle at the airport and board a charter flight to Gunns Camp, taking in the magnificence of the winding, papyrus-fringed channels that make up one of the world’s greatest wet land wonders, you will be able to see some of Africa's most celebrated animals from a bird's eye view 500 FT above the ground. The Okavango is an immense river that never meets the sea, instead its crystal clear waters spread across the Kalahari Desert, forming Africa's largest wetland wonder. The Delta is an abundant oasis amid the vast plains and pans of the desert that covers most of Southern Africa. Its waterways are a mesh of meandering and interception channels, creating a haven for Africa's most celebrated wildlife. You'll have time to join motorboat cruise and game walks to explore the region on food.

Day 9&10 Tau Pan, Central Kalahari Game Reserve
This morning take a light charter flight onto the amazing Tau Pan where you are based for 2 nights in twin bedded room on a fully inclusive basis- enjoy game drives in this wonderful environment searching for some of the many desert adapted animals, and nature walks, and in the evening sit around the fire pit to discuss the day’s events and gaze at the endless starry skies.

Day 11 Return to Maun
Fly back to Maun in time for onward connection. End of services.
