Located within the broader confines of the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, the accommodation is set in chalets along the banks of the river. Chalets are built from brick and thatch and each chalet has an individual style, they have been renovated recently. The main lodge area is perfectly positioned to offer guests spectacular views of the Zambezi River. Bush comfort is the order of the day as you sit back, relax and order ice cold drinks from our well stocked bar. Meals are served in the main lodge area and guests are encouraged to interact socially around the communal dining room table.
Activities and a shuttle service into town can be arranged
Perhaps the big pull of the lodge is it's home to the elephants. Discover the beauty of the Zambezi River atop an African Elephant. Safaris are conducted early morning or late afternoon. The possibility of spotting game is enhanced from your elevated position on this magnificent creature. After your ride you will be encouraged to interact and become one with your elephant. An experience not to be missed. Normally the elephants used for the safaris then come to drink at the waterhole by the swimming pool, sit around and relax by the pool and watch them just metres from you - a special experience.
