Brandberg White Lady Lodge |

Situated in the Damaraland region, at the foot of the Brandberg (Namibia's highest mountain), Brandberg White Lady Lodge is an ideal overnight stop for those wishing to view the mountain and the famous 'White Lady' painting.
At the base of the mountain, and on the banks of the dry Ugab River, Brandberg White Lady Lodge offers budget accommodation as well as camping for those slightly more adventurous.
Each of the 15 rooms and 8 chalets have en-suite bathroom, and for those travelling in the summer months there is also fan in all rooms to make your stay more comfortable. Alternatively they also offer pre-erected tents with beds and en-suite bathrooms.
The reception, lounge, restaurant areas are set around a lush garden (a rarity in this part of the desert) and two swimming pools, the perfect place to cool off after the 5km hike to visit the White Lady paintings. Alternatively, for those animal lovers, the Ugab River is famous as home of the elusive desert elephant. The lodge offers guided excursion in search of these majestic animals, however sightings cannot be guaranteed. |
