Northern Namibia is one of the most stunning regions in Namibia and home to a vast variety of culture, varying landscapes and wildlife. The people of Northern Namibia include the Owambo people, San people, as well an almost melting pot for the Herero, Himba and Caprivi People. The land itself varies from the Kalahari Desert, to the river rgeions in the north that borders with Angola. This area is a must see destination, especially for those en-route to The Caprivi or Zambia. Budget accommodation of all types is available, just see below.

In addition to the above there are several community camp sites in the region, however, as it's difficult for us to book and pay for the services in advance we suggest that you find somewhere you like and incorporate this into your trip, paying for it upon arrival.  Please note that whilst most places will allow you to stay during high season you take the risk of camp sites being full without prior confirmation.
