We think this place is quirky, fun and a great value option for those who don't want to camp but are on a limited budget. The couple that run this place are friendly and will also help out with booking activities for you. There's a handful of African, rondavel style huts (have a toilet and basin but no shower - there are shared ablutions outside), or 3 "luxury" huts, a little larger and with full, en-suite facilities.
Each of the huts is individually painted in an African style, with African themed prints and wooden furniture in each (are you getting the African feel here?). As you sit around the camp fire in the evening (meals can be provided if you book in advance or you can head along the road to eat at a nearby lodge/camp), no doubt you will be able to share your African tales with the rest of the campers. All set amongst small, private gardens in an enclosed area around 300m from the main road that even a small sedan can manage to get to.
